My Lindy Bop Summer Wish List

May 3, 2016

After the coldest April on record, every last bit of sunshine is bringing a smile to my face at the moment. Soon it will be time to ditch the warmer clothes from my wardrobe and start wearing my favourite summer things. I’ve been looking at some of my favourite reproduction vintage websites for summer wardrobe inspiration and have seen so many things I like. When I looked at the Lindy Bop website, I knew my bank balance was going to take a bit of a hit! Yet again they have upped their game, their new collection is better than ever and includes lots of pretty pastel colours and lovely novelty prints. I put together a wish list with some of my favourite pieces from the website. The only difficult bit now, is deciding what to get!

I’ve been trying to brave the cold all April and ignore it but it has been pretty hard 🙁 I can’t wait to start dressing for summer again. I’m not a fan of winter dressing – too much covering up lovely outfits with coats required! This posts makes me excited about outfit planning again, though 🙂 All those pastels – what a dream! I’m deeply in love with these items but the lipstick skirt is particularly special!

P.S – I was being super indecisive about what to wear this morning and your blog post aided me greatly and caused me to chuck on lots of pastels (obviously!!!)

I wish I hadn’t looked at this – that tulip dress is tugging at my heart strings. I had a tulip dress when I was a toddler! Some lovely picks. Please let us have some sun now!!

Far too much loveliness here, I couldn’t pick my favourite, though the dresses and gingham tops are beauties x
