Hi I’m Catherine, thank you for visiting my blog! I’ve been writing this blog for just over 4 years and still feel like I’m finding my feet in the blogging world. The vintage world is slightly more familiar to me however. I have a family background selling antique clothes. My great Grandmother was selling antique clothing in London from the early 1950s and her daughter my lovely Grandma Marjorie continued selling antique textiles until she retired in her 80s! My Great Grandmother in her shop in the early 1950s As a little girl I would sit for hours in my Grandmas shop surrounded by old and interesting things from the past. It must have engrained a deep love of the past in me as I’ve loved vintage since I knew what it was. Before having my children I worked as a Visual Merchandiser, after having my first daughter I spent a few years buying and selling vintage online and at some of London’s finest vintage fairs.
