One of my favourite prints for winter would have to be tartan. I have a few tartan dresses which I wear all the time and I’m always on the lookout for new ones. This week I got a new to me, original 50s tartan dress from Ebay. I teamed it up with a black cardigan, Hotter shoes and vintage accessories, for a casual everyday vintage inspired look.
As well as some original vintage pieces, I also have quite a few reproduction and vintage inspired tartan outfits. I’ve compiled a list of some of my favourite tartan outfits…
Silk & Velvet Circle Dress – Vivien of Holloway, Tartan Skirt – Lindy Bop, Glitter Heels – Collectif, Leather Gloves – Lindy Bop
Swing Dress – Dolly and Dotty, Pencil Skirt – House of Foxy, Tartan Dress – Voodoo Vixen
Blouse – Collectif, Pencil Skirt – Lindy Bop, Wiggle Dress – Voodoo Vixen, Pencil Dress – Collectif

December 11, 2016 at 5:36 pmOMG that Lindy Bop skirt has FESTIVE written all over it! It is just beautiful. I have one tartan dress which I absolutely LOVE and will be wearing more when I drop some pounds! You know my Collectif Cynthia Blackwatch one?!
I absolutely love the fact that the material is so heavy too! Just a simple cardi and that dress with a nice scarf sees me through the most dreary of days (or it did!).
I think i need a new skirt!
