It’s been a little while since I’ve had the time to post on here, it’s been a crazy busy year so far! One of the highlights of 2025 so far has been how much I’ve enjoyed running my vintage fashion business. I’ve been selling vintage for a living for 16 years now and I think I love it even more each year. It’s been an absolute joy sourcing absolutely gorgeous pieces to keep and sell and it’s sparked so much joy to send so many treasures to their new homes.
I’ve done a few collections since I last posted on here, but I love to keep a record of all the lovely pieces of clothing I’ve found, so I will be catching up a bit over my next few posts. Plenty of these pieces are still available too. Today I wanted to share some lovely treasures in shades of lilac, purple and white.
I love this colour scheme and although lighter and pastel colours are usually perfect for Spring I think you can definitely layer them up and make them work all year. One of the best things about vintage clothing is that it is evergreen and can be worn and enjoyed all year and every year.
When we remove the concept of clothing being seasonal or wearing trends, then we can truly enjoy and appreciate clothes that have lasted through decades, not just seasons. It also gives us the opportunity to be creative with our styling and adapting different pieces into gorgeous seasonal outfits.
This collection was inspired by floral prints and beautiful textures, long lasting romantic styles that fast fashion could never contend with.
The clothing is complimented by the loveliest lilac and white floral jewellery in beautiful bone china and milk glass.
