My Winter Favourites

November 27, 2013

With the cold winter months upon us, it’s time to cosy up indoors with warm drinks, snuggly blankets and candles. I though I’d share a few of my winter favourites by candle light. I am hoping to be able to review the majority of these properly throughout December.

Barry M Nail Paint – Gelly No.4 Blood Orange – Gelly No.8 Grapefruit – Matte No.5 Mocha – Gelly No. 13 Papaya – Superdrug Limited Edition Glitter Nail Paint

I love Barry M Nail Paints and at the moment these are my favourites, I love the warm colours and festive glitter.

Twinings Cranberry and Blood Orange and Camomile and Spiced Apple Teas

I’m quite fussy when it comes to fruit teas, however these two are absolutely delicious and very warming on chilly evenings.

Red Lipsticks – Maybelline No.547 Pleasure Me Red – Rimmel Kate Moss No.01 – Miss Sporty Perfect Colour Lipstick No.058 Malaga

I love red lipstick, especially in the winter, but I like a very true red with no blue tones and all three of these are spot on colour wise. (I’m sorry the photo doesn’t show the colours too well but I will be featuring them again)

Tommy Guns Jasmine and Wild Nettle Shampoo and Conditioner and Weather Protect Dew Drops Serum

I was sent these as a PR sample last month and have just started using them. The smell is amazing and they make my hair feel and look amazing. They can be bought from Waitrose.

Maybelline Baby Lips – Peach Kiss – Pink Punch – Intense Care

I love these slightly tinted lip balms which restore your lips to their former lustre after too much wintery weather.

Bourjois Colour Boost Glossy Finish Lipsticks – No.01 Red Sunshine – No.02 Fushia Libre

My current favourite lip products are these fantastic lipsticks that come in chunky pencil form, the colours are beautiful and they stay put for hours.

My favourite winter warming snack is a big bowl of porridge with honey and blueberries, super yummy and it keeps me going all day.

What are your winter favourites?
