I can’t believe we’re already in October! Pumpkin spiced lattes have landed in Starbucks, TK Maxx is full of cute halloween decorations and spicy candles, it must be every millennial’s favourite season! Yes Autumn is here! I love putting together Autumnal collections for the shop and when I’m sourcing I always put a few things aside to list at this time of year.
I’ve now launched my first drop of the season and there’s a lovely mix of dresses, knits and accessories from lots of different eras. Today I thought I’d share a few of my favourites with you.
I absolutely love 70’s maxi dresses all year round. I really love these long sleeved ones, which are perfect for this time of year, when it’s just starting to get a little chilly. These are just a few of the gorgeous vintage maxis available on the shop now.
I can’t resist an embroidered brooch and although I always keep a few back for my own collection, I have listed these two on the shop. The earrings are coming soon.
There are lots of new scarves on the shop at the moment, in shades of green, brown and orange. This green wildflower scarf is one of my favourites.
I have picked out lots of classic Autumn shades including fabulous browns and oranges. The 50s top and skirt set on the left is perfect for mixing and matching and could be worn in various wats throughout the year. The lovely striped orange dress would look great for Autumn layered with a chunky knit.
I love the classic Autumnal colours on this fabulous vintage carnation print scarf.
The perfect Autumn sweater does exist! I am absolutely in love with this vintage St Michael novelty jumper, for the ultimate sweater weather look! Autumn leaves and cute acorns!
This horn and brass bangle is perfect for layering up as part of a bangle stack or just wearing on it’s own.
Check out the jewellery section of the shop for all these gorgeous vintage brooches.
I couldn’t not include a few Laura Ashleys! These two beautiful dresses have been on the shop for a while, but I think they’d both be great for autumn. The one of the left would look fantastic with a vintage cardigan over it and the one on the right could be layered up with a vintage blouse or knit underneath.
I add new stock to the shop every week, so keep checking back for more lovely vintage treasures.
