Last night I made this pretty peg frame to keep little notes and shopping lists. It took under an hour to make and I think it will look fab in my kitchen. I got the idea for the pegs from a book I was sent recently called Tinkered Treasures which I will be reviewing properly soon. I used some decorative paper which I got free with this months Simply Homemade Magazine.
I used a packet of wooden clothes pegs which I got from Poundland in a pack of 50. I used some paint tester pots from the B&Q Colours range to paint the pegs and frame. The frame was bought for 10p from a car boot sale in the summer.
All you need to do is paint your frame and pegs, then pop the pretty paper inside and stick some onto the pegs. Then just use PVA glue to stick your pegs down. So simple and easy.
