A Retro Pinafore Dress and An Autumn Walk

From my last couple of outfit pots, you may have gathered that I’m a little bit obsessed with TU clothing from Sainsburys at the moment! At this time of year I turn to comfort food and comfort clothes, as I reluctantly adjust to the colder weather. I also love to dress more retro and vintage during the autumn, as the colour palette of the sixties and seventies lends itself so well to the season.

The dress is another from Sainsburys, who have some really gorgeous seventies inspired clothing at the moment. It’s made from warm tartan corduroy and goes really well with my Primark sweater from last year.

The whole outfit was lovely to wear and definitely kept me warm. As with all my TU dresses I went for my usual size 14. The dress washes really well and like the dress I included in my last OOTD, its perfect as part of a mix and match wardrobe, I’ve worn it with lots of different sweaters and blouses and created lots of different looks.

I have got some fabulous original vintage and vintage inspired outfits that I’m planning to photograph over the next few weeks. So come back soon, to see what else I wear in the autumn and winter.
