Fantastic October Advertisers

November 1, 2014

I can’t believe a new month is upon us! We have been so lucky with the glorious sunshine here in London, that it’s hard to believe it’s now November. At the end of each month I share some of the fabulous advertisers who support Vintage Frills and keep the blog going.

Heyday

Heyday sell a beautiful selection of vintage style clothing for men and women. They are based really closely on original vintage patterns and fabrics. The designs are absolutely perfect for vintage themed festivals and events because of their authentic look. I can vouch that the quality is also amazing as I own a couple of pieces from Heyday and absolutely love them.Advertisers 2Reo Ria

Rio Ria joined me as a sponsor last month and I was absolutely delighted by their huge stock of vintage style clothing. The dresses are particularly lovely. It’s the perfect place to look if you like rockabilly style and vibrant fun fabrics. Although based in the US they ship wordwide.

Chronically Vintage

Run by hugely successful blogger Jessica Cangiano, this Etsy shopped is packed with gorgeous mid century accessories and pretty vintage clothing. Perfect if you’re looking to add a little sparkle to your vintage collection. I particularly like her range of vintage hats and gloves.

Advertisers 4Lottie and Jack Events

Lottie and Jack are a brand new advertiser on the blog. They run charming little vintage fairs across the UK, which feature fabulous vintage stalls and pretty home made pieces. You can find a full list of events on their website.

20th Century Foxy

20th Century Foxy are a super classy reproduction vintage brand. Made exclusively in the UK their designs really are like stepping back in time. With ranges paying homage to the 1930s-60s, everything is made using beautiful quality fabrics, cut to look like the real thing.

I particularly love the 30s inspired items as you don’t see quite so many reproductions of clothing from this era. I also really like how many separates are on offer, I’m definitely guilty of sticking mainly to dresses, but I’d love to try some of their skirts, blouses and knitwear. They are also one of the only UK stockists of Besame make-up.

Judy’s Affordable Vintage Fair

Judy’s  is one of the UK’s biggest vintage fairs, travelling all round the country offering the very best in affordable vintage. It’s a great place to pick up vintage from all eras and I’ve managed to get some fabulous fifties bargains there before.

As well as the vintage fair they also organise The Vintage Furniture Flea and The Vintage Kilo Sale. There are dates almost every weekend, to find the next one near you visit their Events page.

I currently have spaces for new advertisers on the blog with a special rate for other bloggers, these can be bought through Passionfruit Ads below…
