If you’re a long-term blog reader you’ll know that I am a little bit obsessed with tea. I love to try different flavours and ways of brewing them. I also have a big love of different mugs and cups. I like to pair my drink up with the mug I’m drinking it from. I blogged about my favourite mugs last year and today I wanted to share 3 new additions from Root7 that were kindly sent to me to review.
I thought this collection of three ombré mugs were so pretty and just the right size for a nice hot drink. They come in three shades; Flamingo – a lovely pink and yellow blend, Aurora – a mix of blues and Magma – with warm orange tones. They come in a lovely presentation box of the three, but are also available individually.
The ceramic mugs have a glossy inside, but a matt finish on the outside, they are really tactile and nice to hold. The ombré finish on them looks really nice and they are definitely the type of mugs I would keep out on display. I have shelves in my kitchen where I display my current favourite tea bits and I’m looking forward to making a display featuring these. Each mug is hand sprayed giving each one a unique finish and they are designed to be very durable.
My favourite of the mugs is the Flamingo, I love both pink and yellow and this mug is just so cheerful. It’s also perfect for serving my current favourite drink – turmeric latte, which looks fantastic in the ombré mug.
Root7 have a gorgeous selection of lovely drink products, from gorgeous on trend cups and mugs to elegant bar tools and glasswear. I’ve just been looking through their website and have spotted a few awesome things that are going straight onto my Christmas list. Check out the dipped collection, isn’t it gorgeous! Some of the products would make absolutely fantastic Christmas gifts and there are definitely great options for those hard to buy for people!
Find the ombré mug range on the Root7 website.
