Way back in the spring, I popped into the Phase Eight AW15 press day to see what would be coming out later in the year. I’ve always loved Phase Eight, especially as what feels like a thousand years ago I had my first ever Saturday job with them when I was still at school! If you’re already planning christmas party outfits, or something show-stopping to wear to a winter ball Phase Eight is a great place to start. Their evening is reminiscent of the golden age of Hollywood, think heavily adorned floor length gowns, red lips and pin curled hair.
The AW15 collection features a beautiful selection of evening dresses as well as lots of faux fur stoles and jackets for colder nights. There are lots of muted and neutral colours which are so beautiful sophisticated and classy. I’m always amazed by their attention to detail.
For slightly less formal affairs there are some gorgeous separates for a smart relaxed evening look. I really liked the flowing fabrics and use of tassels.
The evening looks can be finished off with the most beautiful shoes and accessories, as well as their excellent selection of jewellery.
The everyday looks lean more towards the currant seventies trend, which I am a little obsessed with at the moment I lOVE the seventies. The stand outs for me were the denim dress and camel coloured skirt which are perfect wardrobe staples for the season.
Phase Eight have recently launched a plus size brand called Studio Eight, I’ve not included them in this post as I have a post all about them coming up soon.
See the full range on the Phase Eight website.
